One of our sharpest cheddar cheeses! This 12 year aged cheddar is full of crystals, white calcium lactate crystals to be exact! As cheddar slowly ages, it loses moisture and its texture becomes drier and more crumbly. This will give you the smooth, rich, buttery, sharp, and slightly earthy flavors that your palette craves!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
