This Extra Sharp Cheddar has aged over 5 years. This is for those that appreciate the true taste of cheddar! Many find that this cheese strikes the perfect balance between sharpness and the creamy texture. As cheddar ages it loses its smooth, firm texture and becomes more granular and crumbly.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
